.AI or .EPS is also acceptable. While we do accept PNG/JPG/TIFF files, we generally don’t recommend these file types for print (they don’t retain vector information or data, which can make your text or vector images look pixelated or blurry).

What is the turnaround time?
2-3 business days is our standard turnaround.

Do you have any other sizes?
Currently we only have two sizes of buttons. Each button size requires it’s own metal die (almost like a stamp) to push the metal backing, print and laminate together. Because of this, the two sizes we have available are firm and can only be one of those two dimensions.

Can I split my order quantity between different designs?
Yes! You can upload up to 10 different images for your buttons. We will split your quantity evenly between whatever quantity you choose. (Example: if you order 50 buttons and upload 2 different artwork files, we will make you x25 buttons of each design.)

Why doesn’t the size of the button affect the cost?
Our pricing is primarily based on the amount of labor that goes into the job. We simply negate the cost of the button materials so we can sell them to you just based on the amount of labor that will go into hand-pressing your buttons.

How much does delivery and shipping cost?
Delivery is $20 for any and all orders, no matter the size.
